I love this commercial because: I normally dislike car advertisements, don’t you? There are lots of car ads – and with most of them – you can just substitute one automotive brand for another. But this commercial is different. Try to identify another automobile that could be used in this commercial.

This is not Landrover’s best ad in my opinion. Whilst the ad ties in to Range Rovers attributes, for most people watching it if another SUV substituted I do not think they would have come to any different conclusion. The Range Rover ad for me that really made me sit and think wow Range rover was the one where they used the cars GPS to navigate a plane across the Mediternean – that says differentiated.
