What I very often find with strengths is that many clients do not realise them, because what they do so well and naturally they do not value as much as others do. 360 Reach helps to confirm this for people.
Then they can take those strengths and create unique career marketing documents that are strengths based and so much more powerful than a resume.

Great advice. Now we have to get our managers to think the same. If everyone works on their strengths, world would be a different place.
Great advise. I use StrengthsFinder 2.0 in my practice along with a few other strength based assessments and 360 Reach is a terrific compliment to the Discovery phase of my Smart Tools Coaching Model.
