    This makes it so much easier to figure out. I think personal branding sounds really hard and the online and real-world stuff seems disconnected. This did it for me. Now I understand how to make this all fit together. I feel a sense of relief. Thank you.

  2. Some good examples of how to make the connection. However it is critical that you have defined your personal brand before you start communicating it online – far too many times I see people rushing to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn and blowing it before they are even established. Just my toonies worth.
