    1. Top performers always define their work in terms of how much they can accomplish andhow well they an do it. Measurable outcomes are the yardstick. They want to see the difference they make.

    2. Top performers tap in to their natural talents and use them to perform their jobs extremely well. Whatver the force that is helping them, it is constant (a great brand determination).
