  3. Thanks Sue and William. Sounds like I have to get my headshots re-done with my new youthful look! LOL.

    Actually my recent new 360 feedback has also commented on the dated look of my web site, so perhaps that is also an area I need to address.

    A great lesson for us all, when you are communicating your personal brand in one medium ask yourself if that is consistent across all others you are using.
