How a client works with Randi Bussin of Aspire! Her program is a three month process and entails three phases. In Phase One, she does assessments with the client and they engage in a collaborative brainstorming. In Phase two, she guides the client on how to research and “reality test” the different career options. In Phase Three, she works with the client on everything they will need to make the new career a reality-Personal Branding, resume writing, cover letters, additional training etc.
