As William Arruda says: Goals are critical to effective personal branding. They give your brand direction. Check out this video about goals from Tom Peters that, Reach Strategist, Paul Copcutt submitted.
Tom Peters describes his drive from Tinmouth VT to Boston MA with milestones (short-term goals) along the way. Do you have a milestone/goal for the next 24, 48, or 72 hours? Read more at www.tompeters.com.

I submitted this video because Tom Peters gets across very clearly the simplicity of achieving goals. Too many imes we are frozen by the prospect of goals because they seem so unreachable. But break them down in to bite size chunks or milstones and they become so more attainable. Just my toonies worth.
I love this! I’m feeling overwhelmed with the various tasks I need to do and in particular my goal to get my new website launched on May 1st – which has to fit around my client’s projects.
I’m going to break it down into achievable goals for each day. I’m going to postit note each goal on the wall beside the iMac, so I can take ‘em down when they’re done …and see at a glance what’s left outstanding.
It might just stop me being a total muddlehead ….. YAY!!
