		<description>Great advice Maria, as the saying goes &#039;Perfection is the enemy or success&quot; - also do not hold back from even doing the first video. Many people I know are reluctant to make that leap - but if it all goes wrong all you push is the delete button and start again. Just my toonies worth.</description>
