    Take this a stage further. My tip for this year is to raise your profile internally by attending one meeting a month where you are not on the agenda. Make sure others in the company know what you are your department are doing – if you are in marketing get along to a finance meeting once in a while – break down the silos that restrict your personal brand – Just my toonies worth!
